Wesley Maxwell began his journey as a glassblower four years ago after graduating high school. Now, at the age of 22, he has transformed this passion into a full-time career. Owing his knowledge of the craft to his friends who introduced him to the glassmith trade, he credits his continuing inspiration to the endless possibilities and limitless outcomes the skill offers. Maxwell worked as a server in a restaurant for a year after high school to save up enough money to purchase the starting equipment and glass needed to get his feet on the ground with the art. While his first year into the glassblowing trade was a struggle, messing up practically everything he tried to create, he still decided to quit his serving job and run with the craft. Now, his yearn to improve his skill is what fuels him to create every day. Instagram: @zephglass
