International Conference on Nuclear Security: Shaping the Future
Held every four years, ICONS is a global event for the nuclear security community, covering topics such as policy, law and regulations, technology, infrastructure, and more. This special “ICONS Beyond Borders” event took place on the first day of the four-day conference. The high-level panel featured the IAEA Director General, the United States Assistant to the President for Homeland Security, the INTERPOL Secretary General, and the President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, who also serves as the Speaker of the National Assembly of Tanzania.
